Perronoyd Predicament

Or "How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Monster" a.k.a. "Surrounded 2.0"

This is from my "Bandamoka" series, featuring the heroes (R to L) J.Q., Pedro, & R.P. surrounded by Perronoyds (Dog/Graboid-esque monsters) during an attempt to rescue D.G. (tied up) from the evil Mara (upper left) & its pet Four-Winged Review-Bird (Upper right).

This is part is more of a "darker side" to the series, with strange creatures and such.  They are in Mara's castle on Perronoyd Island just across the way from the town of Bandamooka.

I was hesitant on either posting this today or waiting until next week, but I've decided to show it off now.  If you saw my twitter a couple days ago, you could have seen a sneak peek of it as well.

This is a piece I'll be showing at an art gallery in a couple weeks (this will be my first gallery to participate in).  I'd say it took about 20+ hours to do off & on drawn on my Cintiq 24HD.  Sketched in Photoshop, Lined in Illustrator, then back into Photoshop to be colored.  Probably about 150 layers or so.
